At Bewell, we are committed to providing a high-quality service experience on our platforms and through our trusted partners. We value your feedback and have established a clear and simple Refund and Cancellation Policy to address any disputes or changes to your bookings.

1. Nearby Clinics & Medical Center Services

To request a refund or cancellation for a clinic service, please forward your booking confirmation Email/SMS to

or send it to our official
number.

  • Full Refunds: A full refund to your original payment method is available if you cancel before visiting the center, or if you visit but decide not to proceed with the service. Refunds are processed within 10-45 days, depending on your card's issuing bank. Note: Some bookings may be eligible for an instant cash refund directly at the center.
  • Cancellations After 30 Days: Bookings cancelled more than 30 days after the purchase date will be refunded to the original payment method, minus a 30 AED processing fee.
  • Non-Refundable Services: Payments cannot be refunded or cancelled once samples (e.g., for lab tests) have been provided. Doctor consultation fees are also non-refundable.
  • Rescheduling: You can reschedule your appointment for a clinic visit at no additional cost.

2. Home Visit Services

  • Full Refund Cancellation: To receive a full refund, you must cancel your appointment by contacting us via Phone or WhatsApp at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time.
  • Late Cancellation: If you cancel with less than 24 hours' notice, your order will be refunded to your original payment method, minus a 50 AED processing fee. The refund will be processed within 10-45 days.
  • Free Rescheduling: It is free to reschedule your appointment. Please provide notice of at least:12 hours for appointments scheduled between 8:00 AM and 10:00 AM. 4 hours for all other appointment times.
  • Missed Appointments (No-Show): Our homecare partners incur travel costs and manage tight schedules. If our team arrives and there is no response at the appointment location for more than 15 minutes, a deduction of 50% of the total service fee will apply to any refund.
